A fitness session lives on light that sculpts muscle and a backdrop that brings energy without stealing focus. Ibiza offers both: an island sun that carves definition with clean hardness, and settings ranging from the turquoise of Cala Comte to the golden rock of Las Salinas or the whitewashed walls that isolate the silhouette.

Whether you train seriously, are prepping a competition or simply want to celebrate the shape you've worked so hard for, the goal is for the photos to convey real strength, not forced posing. We use the contrast of the Mediterranean sun at the right hours and the openness of the landscape so your body breathes inside the frame.

We start by talking about the goal: social media, a personal brand, material for a coach or a record of your best shape. From there we pick location and hour. For maximum definition we look for hard side light — early or late — over sand, rock or water; for something cleaner and editorial, a white wall or the contrast of the coves' blue.

During the session I direct you with concrete cues: how to tense without looking stiff, where to place your breath, which angles lengthen and which flatten. We mix static poses with real movement — a sprint start, a jump, a gesture of strength — so the images have life and don't look like a catalogue.

We shape the natural light with a reflector when needed and, if the concept asks for it, we can add a head to sculpt the muscle even further at sunset. We close blocks by look or location, checking as we go that we have the key frames.

The session runs one to two hours, usually at sunrise or near sunset, when the light sculpts best and the island is calmest. There's time for two looks or two nearby locations without rushing. I recommend coming well hydrated and with prepped skin, because the camera rewards detail.

You receive a high-resolution digital gallery with the best frames edited — colour, contrast and retouching that respects the skin and enhances definition without faking it — delivered in five to ten days, ready for social media or print.
