Alicante gives a fitness shoot everything it needs: sun almost all year, sea behind you and a promenade built for movement. The central Postiguet beach, the Explanada de España with its palms and marble underfoot, the port and the silhouette of the Santa Bárbara castle make an athletic, bright stage without leaving the city.

Mediterranean light defines bodies: the low sun of sunrise or sunset carves muscle with clean shadows, and the sea breeze adds real movement to hair and clothing. It's a backdrop that radiates energy, health and discipline — exactly what a fitness portfolio or a sports campaign wants to say.

We start early or at the end of the day, when the sun is low and the Postiguet beach or the Explanada promenade are emptiest. Golden hour sculpts the body and avoids the harsh midday shadows; in summer sunrise is ideal because the light is soft and the heat hasn't built yet.

We combine static poses that show form and definition with real action: sprints on the sand, pull-ups on the promenade bars, jumps, stretches facing the sea. I direct every movement — breathing, tension, angle — so the muscle reads as worked and the posture stays natural, not forced.

We bring several wardrobe changes to vary the register: training, athletic, something more editorial. The port and marina add a cleaner urban backdrop if the portfolio asks for it, and the steps and sightlines toward the castle give depth and composition.

A typical session lasts an hour and a half to two hours, enough for several wardrobe changes and two or three nearby locations — beach, promenade and port are minutes apart. If you're prepping for a competition or a larger portfolio, we extend the time.

The price is from €150 and includes direction during the session, selecting the best frames and professional editing with retouching that respects skin and muscle without overdoing it. Beforehand we advise on clothing, hydration and, if you want, the best point in your routine to arrive defined.

You receive a high-resolution digital gallery in five to ten days, ready for social media, agencies or your own site. If you'd like quality prints to frame, we prepare those separately.
