Alicante hosts conferences, company launches, private parties and seafront celebrations in settings ranging from the convention centre to the port terraces and the hotels of Postiguet beach. An event happens only once, and photography is what remains when the lights go out.

Before the event we go over the programme with you: timings, key moments that can't be missed — speeches, award handovers, ribbon cutting, toasts — and the list of people or sponsors who absolutely must appear. With that script we arrive knowing where we need to be every minute.

During the act we work in reportage style, mixing wide shots of the space with close-ups of expressions and details. We move discreetly, use available light wherever possible and, in dark rooms or at night on a port terrace, add our own controlled lighting so no photo is lost.

If the event calls for it, we set up a small portrait corner for guests or speakers and combine general coverage with those portraits. For long or large events we can add a second photographer so no angle goes uncovered.

Event photography pricing is calculated by hours of coverage, depending on the length of the act and whether a second photographer is needed. We send you a fixed quote with the agreed number of hours before the date, with no invoice surprises.

We deliver the full edited gallery in high resolution within 3 to 7 working days. If you need a quick selection for press or social on the same or next day, we can agree a priority preview of the best images.

The photos include a commercial usage licence for the organisation: internal communication, social media, website, press releases and event reports, plus assignment to sponsors if agreed. Everything is defined in writing before the event so each party knows what they may publish.
