Anniversary photoshoot in Alicante

Alicante marks anniversaries with the same calm the sun shows as it sinks over the bay: unhurried, warm-lit, the Mediterranean murmuring close by. From the Castillo de Santa Bárbara the whole city opens at your feet, and the Explanada de España lends its palms and marble mosaic for a stroll that feels like another era.

An anniversary isn't a date on a calendar: it's proof that you keep choosing each other. My job is to catch exactly that — the way you still look at one another, the hand that reaches for the other hand — in a setting that's already yours because it makes you feel at ease.

There's no need to pose like a magazine. We walk, we talk, I let you forget the camera, and the best photos arrive on their own between laughter and knowing silences.

We usually begin at sunset on the Explanada de España, under the palms and on that famous rippling marble floor, where the golden light bounces softly. From there we drop to the port and the marina, with the sailboats and water reflections, or slip into the Santa Cruz quarter — white-and-blue houses, potted flowers on every corner — perfect for something more intimate.

If you'd like a panorama that takes it all in, we climb up to the Castillo de Santa Bárbara: the whole bay, the Postiguet beach at your feet and the sky shifting colour behind you. We shape the route to your pace and your outfits — no rushing, everything flows.

Across the hour and a half or two hours the session lasts, we blend unhurried portraits with moments in motion: walking hand in hand, a spontaneous toast, looking at each other without me asking. I direct just enough for you to feel at ease, and the rest is all you.

Alicante has fine weather almost all year, but the kindest light comes in late spring and early autumn, when the heat eases and the sunsets stretch out. The golden hour before dusk is the star moment; in high summer we'd rather shoot first thing in the morning, with the Explanada and the port still empty.

The session runs between an hour and a half and two hours — plenty of time for two or three locations without pressure. You receive a digital gallery of edited high-resolution photos, ready to share or print, delivered within five to ten days.
